Shipping Clerk

Responsibilities

Create transfers and Bills of Lading (BOLs)

Manage daily production and packaging inventory

Process packaging requests and inventory adjustments

Create packaging labels and purchase orders for non-label items such as tape and pallets

Assist with month-end closing activities

Participate in monthly Safety/QA training sessions

Perform batch merges

Essential Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data entry and inventory tracking

Experience with administrative support and clerical tasks

Ability to create purchase orders and manage order entries

Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Outlook

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Comfortable working with computers and various software applications

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of FRESNO, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
