In this role, the candidate will provide financial support to the local supply chain MFG organization.

The Supply Chain finance organization is currently recruiting for a Financial Analyst Lead to join the team. This position will support the Finance Manager and provide strong financial leadership and business partner support to a Finance Director in DePuy Synthes Supply Chain. This position provides an outstanding opportunity to learn multiple financial systems, processes, and reporting while having the chance to be involved in important strategic business decisions.
Some of the key characteristics for a strong candidate should also be of one which is result and performance driven assuming full ownership and accountability for delivering results. Capable of proactively managing timelines and projects to ensure that responsibilities occur timely and accurately, in accordance with SOX requirements.
Responsibilities:
Provides project management support, assisting with governance, metrics, reporting, schedules, project communications, meeting logistics, tracking actions and outcomes, and headcount reporting.
Helps keep manager and workstream leads updated on project issues, issue resolution, risks, and overall status of projects.
Manages and mentors the current supply chain finance team's daily requirements.
Manages team to ensure monthly financial close responsibilities are updated to general ledger accurately, completely and in a timely manner.
Prepare and submit standard monthly management reports. Perform detailed monthly variance analysis on items in the P+L and balance sheet.
Provide strong financial leadership and business partner support to DePuy Synthes supply chain finance, and category teams.
Forecast, track, and analyze capital expenditures, capital investment requirements, and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes.
Prepare & communicate presentations to Senior Leadership Team
Support and coordinate financial compliance efforts, including internal & external audit requirements
Individual must be able to work independently, handle several tasks simultaneously and optimally tackle leadership roles, while still being capable of working in dynamic cross-functional teams.
Ability to balance workload, and the capacity to progress a range of tasks and projects at one time.
Highly motivated, committed, effective and encouraging team member, able to work flexibly, quickly, and accurately to challenging deadlines.
Support other ad-hoc projects and analysis requests for Orthopedics Supply Chain Leadership
Qualifications:
A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required; a major in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
A CPA, MBA, CMA, or other financial certification is preferred.
A minimum of four (4) years of finance experience is required; equivalent knowledge of skills necessary to perform the position responsibilities preferred.
Strong oral and written communication skills are required.
Advanced Excel and Presentation skills required.
Have a collaborative style and be able to work effectively in a matrix organization across functional groups is required.
The ability to work independently and effectively interface with various levels of management is required.
Excellent organizational, analytical, conceptual, communication and interpersonal skills are required.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail is required.
Knowledge of SAP, Anaplan and/or similar financial systems preferred.
This position will be located in Raynham MA and may require up to 10% of travel.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$94,000.00 - $151,800.00
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
This position is eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive program.
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation -120 hours per calendar year
