PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Finance Consultant to join our Consumer Industries Practice within the Customer Success Delivery Unit. This position focuses on SAP Finance (FI) and Order-to-Cash (OTC) integration, working alongside dynamic professionals dedicated to driving customer success through innovative and high-quality delivery.
The successful candidate will bring deep product expertise in SAP Finance and S/4HANA, playing a key role throughout the full project implementation lifecycle - from design to go-live.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Deep knowledge in SAP General Ledger, accounts payable (FI-AP), accounts receivable (FI-AR), SAP FSCM solutions and processes. This is a must have and requires at least 5 years' experience in this area. FI-CA nice to have, but not required.
Proven experience configuring and implementing SAP S/4HANA Finance (required).
Strong expertise in SAP Banking, Reconciliation, and Settlement processes; proficiency with transaction F110 is essential and a must-have.
Deep functional and technical knowledge of SAP Financial Accounting and Accounts Receivable modules.
Solid understanding of SAP SD and OTC processes with proven integration experience between FI and SD/OTC (highly preferred).
Familiarity with both ECC and S/4HANA platforms, with the ability to articulate differences in FI functionality.
Foundational knowledge of ABAP, including SAP tables, transactions, and the ability to debug Function Modules.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with C-level executives and translating complex issues into clear, actionable insights
Must be able to travel freely within North America without visa restrictions (U.S. Citizens / Green Card holders only).
Hands-on experience with SAP Digital Payments Add-On is a major plus and will receive priority consideration.

SAP Certified Application Associate - Central Finance (CS4FCF2023)
SAP Certified Application Associate - Treasury (CS4FTR2023)
Expectations and Key Responsibilities
Participate actively in all phases of SAP implementation projects, including blueprinting, realization, testing, and go-live.
Lead workshops and blueprint sessions with internal and client stakeholders to define requirements and solutions.
Provide expert guidance on SAP best practices and creative, "outside-the-box" solutions to complex business challenges.
Manage and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration across customers, partners, and internal SAP groups.
Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team capability and ensure solution consistency.
Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring customer satisfaction and alignment with strategic business objectives.
Travel as required based on project needs (estimated 0-80%). Some clients may require onsite presence, while others may allow fully remote delivery - arrangements vary per engagement.
Work Experience
10 years of consulting experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP ERP , preferably within Finance and Quote-to-Cash processes.
5 years of hands-on implementation experience with the following:
SAP Finance (FI)
SAP FSCM
SAP Banking
SAP FI-AR
EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration , or a related discipline

SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 135600 - 230600(USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process.
