We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will focus on engaging potential clients through outbound sales efforts while delivering exceptional customer service. Based in Lehi, Utah, this position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our sales growth and build lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities:

Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and close sales.

Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed.

Maximize sales opportunities by effectively presenting products and services to potential customers.

Meet and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to overall team goals.

Utilize CRM tools to track sales activity, customer interactions, and follow-ups.

Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.

Collaborate with team members to refine sales strategies and share insights.

Continuously stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to enhance sales techniques.

Participate in training sessions and workshops to improve personal and organizational skills.

Requirements

Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in a call center or similar environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with clients.

Ability to handle high call volumes and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Proficiency with CRM software or sales tracking tools.

Self-motivated and driven to achieve results in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing situations.

Knowledge of sales strategies and techniques to maximize revenue.
