Ferguson is currently seeking an individual to fill an immediate need for a Senior Sales Support Representative.

Schedule: Monday- Friday 8 am - 5 pm

Responsibilities:

Oversee the generation, review, and delivery of customer quotations including pricing, product specifications, and lead times.

Ensure accuracy and consistency of quotes by maintaining alignment with Ferguson Industrial pricing standards.

Support the team in identifying and sourcing materials from internal inventory, preferred vendors, and approved suppliers.

Review nonstock or special-order sourcing to ensure compliance with company policies and customer specifications.

Build relationships with vendor partners to negotiate availability, pricing, and order timelines.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of Fabrication / Contractor sales is preferred.

3-5 years of Pipes and Fitting knowledge preferred

Exhibit strong skills for sales, including the ability to upsell.

Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and ability to make decisions in a timely manner.

Ability to react well in a fast-paced environment & follow through on commitments.

Highly motivated and customer service oriented mentality with ability to build relationships is a plus

Pay Range:

$21.46 - $34.36

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.

Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
