Reimbursement Paid Holidays About the Role We\'re looking for a
friendly, organized, and detailoriented Office Clerk to support our
plant operations and provide an exceptional experience for employees and
visitors. Greet and assist visitors; ensure compliance with plant and
food safety regulations. Maintain visitor areas, manage PPE supplies,
and coordinate catering, conference rooms, hotel bookings, and
shipments. Answer and route phone calls; manage incoming/outgoing mail
and UPS/FedEx shipments. Process accounts payable and communicate with
vendors on payment status. Prepare purchase orders and maintain
production-related data and reports. Create charts and visual materials
for management. Support employee programs, recognition, and internal
events. Maintain internal records, forms, spreadsheets, and shipping log
reports. Assist with office hospitality, including meals, celebrations,

in a team. Good math and computer skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Word,
