Manufacturing Technician

Kelly® is seeking a temporary Manufacturing Technician to work at a global medical manufacturing company in Medina, NY.

Pay Rate: $22.65 / hr

Hours: 5:30 am - 4 pm Monday - Thursday

(OT on Fridays as needed)

What's a typical day as an Manufacturing Technician? You'll be:

Assembling small medical device components accurately according to work instructions and diagrams.

Inspecting finished goods for quality assurance and promptly reporting any discrepancies.

Testing for quality as required

Troubleshooting for problems when necessary

Perform all adjustments, rework and repairs as necessary

Maintaining a clean and organized workstation to ensure efficiency.

Meeting daily production goals and timelines while communicating effectively with team members and supervisors.

Consistently following safety protocols and company policies.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Possess high school diploma / GED

Must have some experience in assembly and soldering

Possess strong attention to detail and manual dexterity

Have excellent hand / eye coordination

Have basic computer and scanning / data entry skills

Are able to read and follow written and verbal instructions with accuracy.

Able to read / write in English

Excel as a team player with excellent communication skills.

Demonstrate reliability in attendance and punctuality.

Show willingness to learn new processes and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
