Director, Risk Management and Quality Schedule - Full Time Workplace -
On-site Job Shift - Day Job ID - #333108 Salary Range based on
experience: \$111,300.80-\$150,238.40 Your experience matters: At Valley

facilities who are interfacing and providing care to our patients and
community members. We believe that our collective efforts will shape a
healthier future for the communities we serve. Our programs offer
customized rehabilitation tailored to the specific needs of those
recovering from a stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma,
spinal cord injury, amputation or orthopedic injury. How you\'ll
contribute: Directs the department\'s activities and resources to
achieve departmental and organizational objectives. Additional
responsibilities include: Develops and implements departmental goals,
plans, and standards consistent with the clinical, administrative,
legal, and ethical requirements/objectives of the organization. Directs
and evaluates departmental operations, including patient care delivery,
information technologies, service level determination, and complaint
management, to achieve performance and quality control objectives. Plans
and monitors staffing activities, including hiring, orienting,
evaluating, disciplinary actions, and continuing education initiatives.
Prepares, monitors, and evaluates departmental budgets, and ensures that
the department operates in compliance with allocated funding.
Coordinates and directs internal/external audits. What we offer:
