Our client, a manufacturing and warehouse operations leader, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the manufacturing plant supporting warehouse and logistics functions. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Pay Rate: $20.00/hour

Shift: 8AM - 4:30PM; Monday - Friday with overtime scheduled in

What's the Job?

Unload goods and materials received, enter appropriate information into the system, label, and locate materials.

Separate customer orders, pull and stage orders, and repack materials to meet customer specifications.

Ensure all products are properly labeled and perform functions in designated systems to receive or ship materials.

Participate in cycle counting, verify information, and make adjustments as necessary.

Drive forklifts, locomotives, track-mobiles, or other heavy-duty material movers safely and efficiently.

What's Needed?

Forklift experience and a valid Manufacturing/Maintenance - Fork Lift Operators License.

High school diploma or GED.

Manual dexterity, quantitative skills, and strong reading/comprehension abilities.

Ability to handle physical demands, including lifting up to 55 pounds frequently and moving more than 250 pounds.

Commitment to safety protocols and maintaining a clean work environment.
