JOB SUMMARY:
The Site Administrative Assistant supports daily office operations, customer service, and financial reporting in a fast-paced airport environment. This role coordinates work orders, manages records, assists with HR/payroll, and ensures compliance with company policies. Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills are essential. Must be eligible for airport security clearance.

YOUR IMPACT
These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive, and other duties may be assigned.
Oversee daily office operations as directed by the Site Manager.
Serve as the first point of contact for customer service, including answering phone inquiries.
Coordinate customer service calls with staff and track work orders in the computer system.
Address basic HR-related inquiries and escalate concerns as needed.
Assistwithemployeeonboarding &orientation:support new hire paperwork, training coordination,and badging requirements.
Review timecard hours, leave balances, and payrollfordiscrepancies;ensure compliance with company policies.
Track, analyze, and report on spending and billing as directed by the Site Manager.
Order necessary materials and supplies tomaintainoffice operations.
Adhere to and ensure compliance with companypolicies,safety programs and required training.
Perform other duties as assigned or needed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or GED equivalent
Valid Driver's License
3-5 years' experience in an officeenvironmentwith an emphasisinaccounting, payroll, or otherbookkeepingduties
Eligibility to obtain andmaintaina security badge for working in secure airport areas
Flexibilitytoworkdayor nightshift,including weekends and holidaysas needed
ProficiencyinMicrosoft Word and Excel
Strongplanning,organizational, and multi-taskingskills
Excellentwritten and verbal communication skillswith stronginterpersonalabilities
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Previousexperience inacustomer service setting
Experience inairport operations
Knowledge of Work Order & Maintenance Management Systems used for tracking service requests and operational tasks.
Strongproblem-solving anddecision-makingskills to address customer concerns and operational challenges efficiently.
Experiencehandlingconfidentialinformation with discretion, particularly in payroll, timekeeping,and financial reporting.
PHYSICAL D EMANDS
While performing the duties of Administrative Assistant, the employee is regularly required to sit; stand; walk; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms. Work in a fast-paced environment. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close proximity vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Good hand/eye coordination is required.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The primary work environment is similar to an office environment.? However, this position must have the ability to conduct business in outside weather conditions, near moving machinery parts; on an active Airport ramp; near vehicles and jet aircraft.
Pay Range:
$42,100.00 - $64,500.00
The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
