Job Title: CNC Machinist - Job Shop Environment Job Description

Join a dynamic team in a job shop environment where you will set up jobs, select tooling, and operate a variety of CNC machinery. You will perform conversational programming on Fanuc controllers and work with machinery from brands such as Toshiba and Campro. This role requires proficiency in daily setups and programming, offering the opportunity to engage with diverse and challenging custom components.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate a variety of CNC machinery in a job shop environment.

Perform conversational programming on Fanuc controllers.

Select and manage tooling for various jobs.

Conduct daily setups and programming efficiently.

Read and interpret blueprints to guide machining processes.

Utilize basic mathematical skills, including trigonometry, to calculate dimensions.

Verify parts using a variety of inspection tools.

Essential Skills

Minimum of 3 years CNC machining experience in a job shop environment.

Proficiency in machine and tooling setup.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately.

Strong mathematical skills, including trigonometry.

Experience with CNC machinery brands such as Toshiba and Campro.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.

Technical or Associate Degree in machining-related field is a plus.

Work Environment

Work in a smaller shop focusing on custom components daily. Enjoy a rewarding and challenging work environment. The 1st shift operates from 5am to 3pm Monday through Thursday, with optional overtime on Fridays from 5am to 12pm. The 2nd shift runs from 3pm to 3am Monday through Wednesday, with optional overtime on Thursdays from 3pm to midnight, offering a $2/hour premium.

This is a Permanent position based out of Neenah, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $80000.00/yr.

Annual wage increases and reviews IRA match up to 3% Weekly Pay

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in Neenah,WI.
