Supply Chain Administrative Support Team Member

Schedule

Monday- Friday 6am-2:30pm

Essential Functions:

-Works closely with the FFC Operations Support Supervisor supporting facility services and complying with policies and procedures

-Provides standard information about policies and procedures providing updates on changes as applicable

-Provides ad hoc reporting and analysis as requested identifying and reporting trends and opportunities related to process gaps to drive operational improvements

-Works within established parameters to ensure quality and productivity metrics

-Completes basic inbound and outbound discrepancy research partnering with leadership to resolve and identify next steps

-Provides guard shack and general administrative support

-Performs scheduled cycle count of product in the facility monitoring and verifying process audits, cycle counts, damages, and hazmat processing are completed daily

-Performs recount of product when inventory differences occur

-Completes reverse logistics key activities

-Performs customer wave and allocation in the order fulfillment process

-Keeps leadership informed of potential issues/problems related to supporting established timelines

-Onboards associates and assists associates with payroll and benefits enrollment

-Completes ad hoc projects as assigned by leader

Minimum Requirements:

-High School Diploma or GED

-1 year experience in operations support role

-Basic math and reading comprehension skills

-Basic computer skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Preferences:

-Experience in distribution center operations

-Experience with software applications such as Excel, Access or Lowe's WMS system

-Experience managing multiple projects/tasks simultaneously requiring a strong ability to prioritize and manage time

-Experience using troubleshooting processes to resolve problems
