Job Title: Office Administrator

Schedule: Monday-Friday / 8am-5pm

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Office Administrator to support daily operations and serve as a key point of contact for our customers and service technicians. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, personable, and thrives in a fast-paced service environment. The Office Administrator plays a vital role in keeping the office running smoothly while delivering a professional, welcoming experience to every customer.

Responsibilities

Answer and route incoming calls, prioritizing service and emergency requests.

Schedule and dispatch service technicians efficiently.

Provide professional customer support and follow-up.

Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing and payment processing.

Maintain accurate customer records and job details.

Assist with customer-relations efforts, such as sending thank-you cards.

Communicate schedules and updates to technicians.

Perform general office duties, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.

Support additional administrative tasks as needed.

Essential Skills

Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Basic accounting and billing experience.

Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

Proficiency with office software.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Previous experience in office administration or customer service is preferred.

Proficiency with ServiceTitan is a plus.

Professional demeanor, reliability, and attention to detail.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lenoir City, TN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $25.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
