The Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD) is currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Admin Support on Unit at Georgia Regional Hospital - Atlanta, located in Decatur, GA.

Salary: $31,636.80 - $37,065.60

Job Grade C _- E

Job Description:

This position supports the Nurse Managers on the Units with administrative functions.

Job Responsibilities:

· Performs a variety of clerical support functions for the Unit.

· Conducts clerical research, gathering and compiling information using a variety of resources to prepare, assemble or generate reports

· Receive, screen and direct telephone communications and greet or assist internal or external customers

· Operates office equipment and maintains supplies

· Provides general clerical support to the unit to include such tasks as data entry/maintenance, copying/distributing documents and materials, maintaining record-keeping and filing systems, etc.

Qualifications:

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Ability to maintain routine clerical records Ability to maintain and update filing, inventory and mailing system Ability to prepare related reports
