Responsibilities

Assemble mechanical and electrical components according to blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.

Perform wiring, crimping, soldering, routing, and installation of electrical components.

Use a variety of hand and power tools to complete assemblies.

Inspect completed work for accuracy, quality, and adherence to specifications.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Troubleshoot assembly issues and collaborate with production leads or engineers as needed.

Document assembly steps and report any defects or material shortages.

Follow all company quality and safety standards.

Details:

Monday - Friday schedule; first shift

Work Environment

Our facility is clean and climate-controlled, providing an early schedule from Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM. We maintain a professional setting with a focus on safety and organization.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Naples, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $26.00/hr.
