Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
Minimum of 3 months of outpatient experience or 1 year of PT experience in other settings

Facility Type: Outpatient
Shift: Days
Working Hours: 0800-1630
Days of the Week: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Must be open to 2 evenings per week until 7:30 PM
