Position: Ag Equipment Operator
Requirements: Two (2) months of recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Must be able to obtain appropriate drivers license following hire and obtain clean driving record. Be able to lift up to 75 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
Job Description: Operating large farm equipment and machinery equipped with GPS such as tractor, combine, swather, rake, tillage tool for cultivating, tilling, fertilizing, planting, moving, storing, and harvesting grain and oilseed crops such as wheat, soybeans, milo, hay; assisting with caring for cattle such as calving, weaning, processing, and selling calves; preparing wheat acres for grazing; checking and repairing fences; pulling cattle off wheat; sorting cattle to be taken to market and sold; spraying weeds, mowing; loading inputs and driving trucks to transport to fields, loading crops and driving trucks to transport to fields and storage facilities such as elevators, bins, silos, piles/bag; repairing broken equipment; washing equipment, sweeping floors, organizing tools; driving farm vehicle; minor daily and incidental upkeep to equipment and worksite. Must speak and understand English.
Anticipated Hours of Work Per Week: 40hrs per week.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8hrs 8:00am-5:00pm
Anticipated Period of Employment: 04/02/2026 to 11/15/2026
