Direct Care and Treatment (DCT) is seeking a Psychometrist & Testing Specialist to join our DCT Clinical Team! As a Psychometrist & Testing Specialist, you will provide training and oversight for the provision of a network of psychometry services for Direct Care and Treatment (DCT) and non-Direct Care and Treatment (non-DCT) partners (e.g., jails) who are considering admitting patients to DCT sites.

Responsibilities include:

Administer and score psychological, neuropsychological and behavior instruments and other tests as requested.

Oversee the process of requested medical records, as related to the orders and referrals.

Train and work with psychometrists across DCT, including peer review of psychometrists' compliance and competencies in test administration, testing protocols and scoring.

Performance improvement projects through monitoring, tracking, and analysis of referrals and customer service.

This position requires the employee to be onsite at multiple sites throughout MN at least 50% of the time, with some opportunity to perform work from a telework location.

Telework is available on a limited basis.

Only candidates residing in Minnesota or a state bordering Minnesota (Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota, or Wisconsin) within 50 miles Anoka, MN are eligible for telework.

Minimum Qualifications

¿¿¿ ¿* 1 year of relevant experience requirement may be substituted by a bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or behavior analysis; the experience requirement also may be substituted by a bachelor's degree in human services or a related behavioral health field that includes substantial behavioral health coursework such as: individual or group counseling, clinical interviewing, clinical assessment, crisis intervention, or similar behavioral health courses.¿

Preferred Qualifications

Specialized training in psychometrics and assessment procedures

1 year of experience administering and scoring psychological tests to evaluate cognitive, academic, neuropsychological, behavioral and/or emotional status

Certified Specialist in Psychometry

Direct Care & Treatment (DCT) healthcare facilities require employees to provide documentation that they are free from tuberculosis (TB) through a blood test prior to employment. DCT does not accept TB skin testing.
