Construction Project Manager
Control Systems NW (CSNW), a subsidiary of RH2 Engineering is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and manage projects where CSNW serves as both a Prime Contractor and Subcontractor. This role requires an experienced professional capable of independently managing construction contracts, advising clients, resolving field issues, and coordinating closely with design teams and contractors. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with prime contractors and clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractor partners.
Ensure subcontractors meet project quality, schedule, and performance requirements.

Provide regular project performance feedback to CSNW/RH2 Engineering leadership.
Participate in post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and improve operational performance.
Support company-wide initiatives focused on improving execution efficiency, quality, and profitability.
What you'll bring:
Minimum 10 years of construction project management experience, preferably for municipal infrastructure projects.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field from an accredited four-year institution - or equivalent industry experience.
Professional Engineer (PE), Certified Construction Manager (CCM), or equivalent certification preferred.
Experience with alternative delivery methods (Design-Build, CM/GC, Progressive Design-Build, etc.).
Previous background in electrical systems, industrial controls, automation, or systems integration preferred.
