Overview
As an Immunotherapy Manufacturing Associate, you will play a critical role in manufacturing and assembling advanced biologics in a highly controlled cleanroom environment (Class 10,000/ISO7 and Class 100,000/ISO8). This is an impactful, hands-on opportunity to support life-changing therapies for patients with cancer.
What You'll Do
Accurately weigh, measure, and verify raw materials to ensure product quality and compliance.
Maintain meticulous records, supporting regulatory standards and driving continuous improvements to manufacturing documentation.
Execute aseptic processing of cellular therapies using Standard Operating Procedures and strict GMP guidelines.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team on projects and GxP-compliance initiatives.
Manage shipping logistics-preparing and documenting outbound and inbound materials.
Examine and stock both GMP and non-GMP materials, ensuring operational excellence.
Flexibly support all operational functions and respond to shifting priorities as business needs evolve.
Contribute to process improvement and cross-functional team projects.
Qualifications
High school diploma with 3-5 years of consistent work experience OR an Associate's/Technical degree.
Recent graduates with a BA/BS in Science are encouraged to apply; prior industry experience is a plus but not required.
Experience in biotech, pharma, or medical device manufacturing preferred.
Strong proficiency with quality and compliance documentation.
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
