Job Description

Join our dynamic team at Vazlo USA LLC and help us ensure the smooth operation of our shipping, receiving, and inventory processes. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic to contribute to our efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

Shipping: Prepare and process shipments, including packaging, labeling, and documentation. Coordinate with carriers and freight forwarders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods. Monitor outgoing shipments to verify contents and condition.

Receiving: Inspect and verify incoming shipments for accuracy, quality, and condition. Unload, unpack, and store products in designated areas. Report any discrepancies or damages to the appropriate department for further action.

Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records using our inventory management system. Conduct regular physical counts to reconcile inventory levels and identify discrepancies. Assist in investigating and resolving inventory variances.

Documentation and Record Keeping: Ensure all shipping, receiving, and inventory records are accurately maintained and organized. Prepare reports related to inventory levels, shipment status, and receiving activities as required by management.

Quality Control: Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards before shipment or storage. Report any quality issues to the quality assurance team for further evaluation.

Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including purchasing, production, and sales, to ensure seamless operations. Communicate effectively with team members to address any issues related to shipping, receiving, or inventory management.

Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of equipment and personal protective gear. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in shipping, receiving, and inventory management.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory management is preferred.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment is a plus.

Proficient in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to lift and move heavy objects, up to [weight limit] pounds.

Flexibility to work occasional overtime or weekends as needed.
