Summary You will serve as a ELECTRICIAN SUPERVISOR 1 in the Electrical/Electronis Shop (Code 950), Production Resources Department Manager (Code 901), Production Resources Department (Code 900) of NORFOLK NAVAL SHIPYARD. Responsibilities You will serve as a first line Electrician Supervisor charged with exercising supervision over subordinate workers in accomplishing electrician work. You will be responsible for the quality and quantity of the work performed by subordinates, requiring the application of expert knowledge of the methods, techniques, processes, procedures, tools, materials, and practices of the electrician trade. You will plan the use of workers, equipment, facilities, materials, and tools for the assigned units of work. You will conduct planning reviews with assigned personnel, engineers, and technicians of support codes when needed. You will monitor the status of assigned work in relation to the overall scheduled requirements.
