Summary: Lakeside Marina is seeking an Operations and Brand Experience Manager to serve as our "Launch Lead" for the 2026 season. This is a high-stakes, field-leadership role designed for a motivated professional who can manage the "Boots, the Books, and the Brand." You will be the primary lead on the dock and in our open-air ship store, overseeing daily operations, leading a seasonal crew, and driving the digital reputation of a first-of-its-kind recreational expansion project on Cherokee Lake.

The 85/15 Performance Split:

85% Business Operations and Leadership:

Crew Management: Recruit, train, and supervise a seasonal crew of dock hands. You are responsible for their scheduling, accountability, and maintaining "White Glove" service standards during peak volume.

Operational Command: Oversee all fuel dock logistics, guest boat rentals, and retail inventory management.

Systems Migration: Lead the transition to our new proprietary enterprise management software (training provided).

Administrative Oversight: weekly bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and vendor relations with high precision.

Facility Elite Standards: Ensure the marina facility, docks, and open-air ship store are clean, organized, and tour-ready every single morning.

15% Brand Building and Digital Voice:

Content Creation: Serve as the "Eyes on the Ground" to capture high-impact social media content (Reels/TikTok) that highlights the marina lifestyle and upcoming expansion project.

Reputation Management: Manage the digital voice of the marina by responding to guest reviews and inquiries on Google and Facebook with professionalism and wit.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

This is a 100% On-Site, Outdoor Role. You will be working in the Tennessee summer heat on a dock and in an open-air facility. This role is best suited for an "Outdoor Athlete" who thrives in a physically active, fast-paced environment.

Mandatory Availability: Full availability is required for all weekends and major summer holidays (Mother's Day, Father's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day).

Compensation and Incentives:

Base Pay: $18.00 / Hour.

On-Target Earnings (OER): $21.00 - $25.00 / Hour.

Incentive Structure: Includes sales commissions, Google Review bonuses, facility maintenance bounties, and a performance-based "August Anchor" retention bonus.

Requirements:

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Must possess or be able to obtain a valid TABC Certification within 61 days of hire.

Previous leadership, retail, or outdoor recreation experience is highly preferred.

Proficiency with digital management software and social media platforms.
