Eaton's Electrical Sector - Americas is currently seeking a Supply Chain Analyst - Project Implementation Direct Source to join the team. This is a hybrid role, based at the Moon Township, PA location.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $86000 - $126000 a year.

What you'll do:
The primary responsibility of this role is to coordinate and support the Project Evolution transition of Direct Source businesses and processes into SAP, encompassing key areas such as purchasing, supplier setup, inventory management, and reporting. You will develop a standard work playbook to be deployed as additional Direct Source sites are implemented per the Project Evolution timeline. This position will work closely with the project team to ensure all Direct Source requirements are captured, incorporated in the design, and effectively implemented. Core activities include supply chain process analysis and verification, data validation, end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and training team members on new workflows. The ideal candidate will be able to ascertain specific supply chain processes as they relate to Direct Source, clearly document, summarize, and communicate to ensure alignment and successful implementation across the businesses.
This role will also be responsible for learning and documenting Eaton's high growth business EVCI-ChargePoint process, beginning at requisition generation through customer order invoicing. The objective is to have end-to-end process expertise within the team, to provide effective and efficient processing of orders and shipments. The expertise is required to ensure a seamless transition when this high growth key business is transitioned to SAP S4. Additional responsibilities may include: Analysis of supply chain data, Documentation of Direct Source processes, Process standardization, ERP maintenance.
Essential Functions Include:
SAP Implementation and Process Transformation: Support and coordinate the Direct Source transition to SAP, ensuring alignment with project timelines, scope, and business objectives. Evaluate SAP capabilities and drive process optimization, identifying opportunities for efficiency and compliance improvements. Collaborate with the project team to validate and translate business requirements, ensuring system configurations meet operational needs.
Business Process Analysis and Documentation: Learn, document, and analyze current legacy processes, data structures, and business requirements to establish a comprehensive baseline for system conversion. Learn and document the ChargePoint order process flow from requisition through invoicing for the Direct Source team, enabling efficiency in order processing and SAP adoption. Document a standard implementation playbook aligned to the Direct Source rollout timeline, incorporating lessons learned.
Testing, Validation and Issue Resolution: Perform data validation and execute end to end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Direct Source processes, ensuring accuracy and functionality across the new platform. Identify process inconsistencies and system errors, participate in troubleshooting and debugging, and retest within UAT until performance meets requirements.
Training and Change Management: Develop and deliver training programs for Direct Source teams, supporting successful adoption of SAP and new business processes.

Qualifications:
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
Minimum 2 years' experience in Supply Chain with focus on business process improvements.
SAP familiarity

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a Technical Discipline from an accredited institution.
Proficiency in SAP, VISTA order management, MAPICS or other ERP system
