Responsibilities include submitting 3rd party billing, applying cash, resolving customer billing problems and reducing accounts receivable delinquency. Are You Up to the Challenge? Requirements YOU HAVE: Experience in applying cash including ACHs, Wires, Credit Cards and Cash - AS400 a plus. Experience working in 3rd-party billing portals and navigating specific submission needs. Position may assume additional responsibilities based on performance and departmental needs. The ability to provide excellent customer service regarding collection issues, resolve client discrepancies and short payments, and process and review account adjustments. Strong communication, problem solving, and analytical skills required. Team-based orientation with willingness and flexibility to support needs as they arise. Attention to Detail is a must. YOU MIGHT ALSO HAVE: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel. Specific experience working in 3rd-party billing portals like Pinnacle, Carrier Priority, and/or Ariba. Ability to be creative, self-disciplined, and also capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently and with a sense of urgency. Experience in high volume phone calls.
