Medical Assembler - Cleanroom Environment

1st shift 6am-2:30pm Monday- Friday $18-20/hr

2nd shift 2pm-10:30pm Monday - Friday $20-22/hr

3rd Shift 10pm-6:30am $22-24/hr

Join a growing medical manufacturing team where your work directly supports the production of life-saving devices. We're looking for detail-oriented Medical Assemblers to help produce high-quality silicone and plastic components in our Trimming, Molding, and Mill/Mix departments.

What You'll Do

Operate molding equipment and injection molding machines to produce medical-grade components

Load raw materials, remove finished parts, and perform basic quality checks

Trim flash and excess material using hand tools

Complete visual inspections using a microscope to identify defects (tears, bubbles, incomplete fills, etc.)

Document production data and report any process issues

Weigh, mix, and prepare silicone/plastic compounds per batch formulas

Operate milling and mixing equipment to create materials used in medical device manufacturing

What We're Looking For

Strong hand dexterity and attention to detail

Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment

Experience with microscopes for fine-detail inspections

Previous medical assembly or manufacturing experience preferred

Ability to operate and monitor production/inspection equipment

Understanding of medical manufacturing standards is a plus

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Delano, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
