Customer Service Representative

Our client, a food manufacturing company, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Customer Service Department supporting the Customer Support and Operations teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, decision-making abilities, and the ability to work well in a team environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Buffalo, NY (Hybrid)

Pay Range: $24/hour

Type: Contract role

What's the Job?

Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate, timely support

Resolve customer issues and escalate concerns when necessary

Maintain clear communication with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met

Manage multiple requests while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records

What's Needed?

Bachelor's degree required

2-4 years of business experience in a customer service environment

Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Word, and Excel (SAP experience a plus)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and remain flexible in a team environment

Hybrid work schedule (remote Monday & Friday)

Full-time hours, Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
