Physical Therapist is responsible for providing best-in-class care and exceptional patient outcomes, which involves:

Inspiring professional growth by administering individualized, one-to-one care for children in an outpatient setting.

Empowering collaboration with physical, occupational, and speech therapists to enhance patient outcomes and provide holistic care.

Engaging in administration of therapeutic exercises guiding patients through tasks related to short- and long-term goals while monitoring progress.

Ensuring compliance and efficiency by maintaining accurate records, billing appropriately, and documenting sessions effectively.

Promoting safety and effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare professionals in a supportive clinic environment.

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experiences:

Graduate from an accredited?Physical Therapy program.

Must be able to obtain proof of current or pending licensure or temporary licensure as a Physical Therapist within Minnesota State

1+ years' experience working with children is preferred

Must possess excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills

Must be able to work independently and as part of a team

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude

Must possess outstanding time management skills and the ability to multi-task
