Medical Receptionist

Our client, a healthcare facility dedicated to providing exceptional rehabilitation services, is seeking a motivated and organized Medical Receptionist to join their team. As a Medical Receptionist, you will be an essential part of the patient care experience, supporting the administrative functions of the rehabilitation center. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a compassionate approach to patient interactions, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Medical Receptionist

Location: Spooner, WI

Pay Range: $17.85 starting - based on experience

Shift: Monday through Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

What's the Job?

Greet and assist patients arriving at the rehabilitation center with professionalism and kindness

Schedule patient appointments and coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure smooth operations

Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently

Maintain accurate and organized patient records and documentation

Assist with cleaning, linen supply, and other administrative tasks as needed

What's Needed?

Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting preferred

Knowledge of insurance procedures and medical terminology is a plus

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to work effectively in a team environment
