Role Definition :
Enables smarter, faster financial decisions by transforming data into insight through modern business intelligence, analytics, and AI enabled innovation.
Responsibilities:
Data acquisition, modeling, and analysis at scale, designing high quality data models that enable advanced analytics, business intelligence, and AI driven insights.
Explore, advance, and implement semantic data capabilities to improve data accessibility, consistency, and insight generation across finance.
Partner with stakeholders to define requirements, scope, and deliver data solutions, translating insights into clear narratives and recommendations for finance leadership.
Degree Requirement :
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience desired

Programming Languages: Knowledge of basic concepts and capabilities of programming; ability to use tools, techniques and platforms to write and modify at least four of the following: SQL, TypeScript, Python, Power M, and DAX.
Level: Working Knowledge
Writes and tests basic logic to retrieve, transform, and calculate data reliably.
Debugs common syntax and logic errors using tool feedback and structured testing.
Builds reusable components (queries, functions, measures) following established patterns and standards.
Understands evaluation @context and applies calculations that respond correctly to filters.
Documents intent and validates results before sharing, publishing, or automating outputs.
Query and Database Access Tools: Knowledge of data management systems (i.e. Snowflake); ability to use and access facilities for searching, extracting and formatting data for further use.
Level Working Knowledge:
Defines, creates, and tests simple queries, using command language and AI assistance to improve accuracy and efficiency.
Uses appropriate tools to access governed data warehouse sources securely and consistently.
Obtains and analyzes query access path information and query results.
Employs tested query statements to retrieve, insert, update and delete information.
Applies advanced query features (sorting, filtering, calculations) and leverages AI support to validate outputs
Requirements Analysis: Knowledge of tools, methods, and techniques of requirement analysis; ability to elicit, analyze and record required business functionality and non-functionality requirements to ensure the success of a system or software development project.
Level Working Knowledge:
Follows policies, practices and standards for determining functional and informational requirements.
Confirms deliverables associated with requirements analysis.
Communicates with customers and users to elicit and gather client requirements.
Participates in the preparation of detailed documentation and requirements.
Utilizes specific organizational methods, tools and techniques for requirements analysis.
This position requires incumbents to be onsite in the Nashville main office 5 days per week.

Summary Pay Range :
$94,728.00 - $151,572.00
