The Customer Service Representative position plays a key role in the repair and overhauling process of Chart's products at our McCarran, NV location. This position will report to the Facility Manager and work closely with the Facility Manager in executing the daily business needs of the organization.
What Will You Do?
Processing of Manufacturing Reports, Metrics and Administrative functions
Customer File Maintenance
Transportation Coordination
Work Order processing
Scheduling a variety of activities relative to the inbound and outbound product movement
Assist the team with day to day administrative activities
Vendor Coordination
Additional duties as assigned
Your Physical Work Environment Will Require...
Lift up to 15 pounds
Sitting, standing, stooping, bending, other related tasks in an office and shop setting
Exposure to various temperature, humidity conditions in a metal processing (welding, cutting, torching) environment.
Your Experience Should Be...
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Associate's/Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent relatable experience
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong comfort with Microsoft Office
JDEdwards or similar ERP experience is preferred
Excellent organizational skills centered on administration and internal/external customer service
Ability to operate in a fast-paced office/shop environment
Strong multi-tasking ability
