TEKsystems is hiring a Customer Service Representative local to the Shelton, Ct area.

This role is a TEMP role covering a LOA. 4-6 months

Description

Hybrid 2 days in office - Tues/Wed

Client is looking for effective communicators, critical thinkers, and those eager to hit the ground running to join an expanding Customer Service team. Here we value your skills for attention to detail & organization, results-oriented strong work ethic, and working towards shared goals and targets.

Here you'll be responsible for:

Conveying critical information via Zendesk (tickets/email) on a daily basis with our customers and sales team.

Coordinate between all internal departments- marketing, operations, sales, logistics to ensure a smooth customer experience

Accurately process purchase orders from distributors (both data entry & oversight of automated order processing via Esker)

Enforce order-related policies including pricing discrepancies

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Provide status information and handle resolutions

Evaluate and process warranty claims

Support end users with product information requests and any inquiries

Quickly respond to ecommerce customer requests/ questions

Represent a broad line of products across multiple brands and industry channels.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
