Inspection Clerk

The purpose of this position is to provide daily support for the Employment Office and Remote locations. Other duties may be assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities

N/A

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

Data Entry

Answering Telephones and Emails

Transferring call to appropriate parties

Customer Service

General Administrative duties that pertain to Employment and Medical Department

Maintain employee-owner records through our HRIS system

Ensuring sites comply with Austin's background protocol

Responsible for entering background renewals

Able to work overtime during transitions or outages

Time management skills

Ability to work independently

Other duties as assigned

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Qualifications Required for this Position:

Education - no minimum education requirements.

Experience - 2 years' experience in high volume customer service environment.

Certifications/Licenses : Valid Driver's License.
