The Security Account Manager (AM) for Construction is responsible for overseeing all security operations across assigned construction sites to ensure a safe, compliant, and well-managed environment. This role leads and supports on-site security personnel, coordinates daily post coverage, and maintains strong client relationships through consistent communication and performance management.

Key responsibilities include ensuring adherence to company policies, contract requirements, and safety standards while proactively identifying risks and implementing corrective actions. The AM also manages incident response, conducts routine site audits, supports recruiting and onboarding efforts, and partners closely with operations to deliver high-quality service.
