Our client, in Vineland, NJ, is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be an integral part of the office support team, ensuring smooth daily operations and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, a positive and proactive attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, aligning well with the dynamic environment of our client's office.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Vineland, NJ

Pay Range: $18-$20

Shift: 8:15 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

Answer and direct incoming phone calls through VOIP phone system

Greet visitors and assist team members with document formatting, copying, and scanning

Order supplies and maintain an organized, tidy copy room and reception area

Maintain and update the Master Contact List and coordinate outgoing mail and packages

Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing conference rooms, and supporting clerical requests and contracts

What's Needed?

Strong communication and customer service skills

Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel, including formatting skills

Dependability and strong organizational skills

Ability to multitask effectively in a busy office environment

Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for occasional errands
