Description We are looking for a dedicated Courtroom Specialist to join our team in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This Contract to permanent position offers an opportunity to provide critical administrative support to courtroom operations while ensuring seamless communication and organization. The ideal candidate will excel in multitasking and demonstrate strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to courtroom operations, including scheduling and document management.

Handle incoming calls professionally and route inquiries to the appropriate departments.

Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain records and ensure compliance with regulations.

Manage receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and maintaining a welcoming environment.

Collaborate with courtroom staff to facilitate smooth daily operations and address procedural needs.

Maintain confidentiality and uphold professionalism in handling sensitive information.

Prepare and organize reports, forms, and other documentation as required.

Assist with coordinating meetings, appointments, and other administrative tasks.

Ensure proper filing and organization of legal and administrative documents.

Monitor office supplies and coordinate orders to maintain necessary inventory. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative assistance, preferably in a legal or courtroom setting.

Strong skills in answering inbound calls and managing inquiries efficiently.

Proficiency in administrative office functions, including scheduling and document preparation.

Accurate and efficient data entry capabilities.

Experience performing receptionist duties in a detail-oriented environment.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Familiarity with legal terminology or courtroom operations is a plus. TalentMatch®
