You will be directly supporting the warfighter in supporting the DoD's High Performance Computing Modernization Program (HPCMP).
This position is 100% remote
Leading a multi-discipline team to develop new innovations, services, paradigms, or operational plans in support of the DoD High Performance Computing Modernization Program (HPCMP)
Provide oversight and authority for a multi-million dollar annual budgets spanning highly diverse technical areas such as: HPC application software, advanced user support, system administration, database development/administration, data analysis and visualization packages, queueing and scheduling administration
Lead program-wide initiatives of high visibility and impact with regular interaction with senior leaders
Responsible for ensuring adequate staffing for all cross-center operational functions which includes a large team of subcontractors and Leidos staff
Has daily communication with varying groups of project stakeholders including: senior HPCMP government staff, users, project personnel, and company leadership to ensure the team is meeting the needs of the program
Lead regular stand-up/scrum meetings with team leads and technical staff to ensure all operational deliverables are met and are of the highest quality
Maintaining, reporting, and owning the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for the cross-center team
Work with customer counterparts/stakeholders to ensure consistent interpretation of results
Lead information collection, delivery, presentation, and assignments to best meet customer and project reporting requirements
Lead the development and implementation of key program-wide technology innovations that will improve services provided to the HPCMP users
Serve as the senior technical lead on special projects and work requests as offered by the customer
Work closely with the Cross Center Technical Lead to ensure alignment of efforts to HPCMP Strategic Plan and key initiatives
Basic Qualifications
BA/BS and 8 years prior relevant experience or master's with 6 years prior relevant experience with at least 4 years of experience supervising or leading teams
Experience supervising or leading cross functional teams or projects
Demonstrated experience managing functional teams with team leads and managers within your purview
Experience working with a large scale, highly technical customer base
Experience managing geographically distributed teams
Demonstrated experience managing diverse, cross-functional teams
Proficient in key technology areas such as: Linux, Ansible, GitLab, Python, and container/virtualization technologies
Must hold an active in scope Secret clearance prior to start. (US Citizenship required)

Pay Range:
Pay Range $131,300.00 - $237,350.00
