Robert Half is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to oversee and manage the accounts payable operations in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role involves supervising high-volume invoice processing while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial transactions. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in accounting software and a commitment to continuous improvement in processes.

Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise the accounts payable team to manage daily operations effectively.

Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices in a high-volume environment.

Conduct and oversee regular check runs to meet payment schedules.

Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.

Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks or NetSuite to manage financial data.

Review, code, and approve invoices to ensure compliance with company policies.

Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies and streamline workflows.

Monitor and report on accounts payable metrics to support decision-making.

Maintain strong vendor relationships and address payment inquiries promptly.

Ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

The ideal Accounts Payable Manager will have a Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance.

Other requirements for the Accounts Payable Manage role include and are not limited to:

5+ years of AP experience

Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel/Word)

Experience with QuickBooks preferred

High volume AP experience

Excellent organizational and time management skills
