Description We are looking for a meticulous Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Memphis, Tennessee. This contract-to-permanent position is ideal for someone with a strong commitment to accuracy and a talent for managing financial transactions efficiently. The role focuses on ensuring timely and precise processing of payments while maintaining excellent relationships with customers.

Responsibilities:

Process and apply customer payments with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Ensure timely posting of payments to appropriate accounts to maintain proper financial records.

Review and reconcile discrepancies in payment applications to prevent errors.

Communicate with customers to address inquiries or resolve payment-related issues.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth cash application processes.

Monitor and maintain accurate billing records to support accounts receivable activities.

Utilize cash management tools to track and report cash activity effectively.

Adhere to company policies and procedures while managing high volumes of transactions. Requirements 100% in office Contract to permanent M- F -5
