Kelly is seeking a hardworking and safety-focused Manufacturing Operator to join our team in Fort Worth, TX at a brand new manufacturing facility!

Shift: 12 hour shift, rotating between days/7am-7pm & nights7pm-7am

Training: 2-3 weeks on first shift

Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour/Temp to Hire

12 hour shifts (7a-7p days and 7p-7a nights)

Rotating 4 week schedule:

4 night shifts, 3 days off

3 day shifts, 1 day off

3 night shifts, 3 days off

4 day shifts, 7 days off

Responsibilities:

Perform daily area and equipment inspections. Prepare materials and set up equipment per recipes and work instructions. Safely operate mobile and material handling equipment. Monitor and operate molten metal processing and vacuum casting equipment. Control and adjust equipment/process parameters for consistent quality. Document, collect, and report all production data. Wear and maintain company-issued personal protective equipment (PPE).

Requirements:

Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in foundry, hot metal working, or molten metal processing. Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on housekeeping. Basic computer skills (data entry, ERP system, Microsoft Excel, etc.). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
