As an unarmed Patrol Officer at an aero and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents. You will support access control, respond to calls for service, document observations, and deliver clear communication and customer service to employees and visitors. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients and site personnel by following Allied Universal and site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and post orders, including emergency response activities as directed.

Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, production areas, parking lots, and perimeter lines to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify hazards, unsecured doors, or unusual conditions.

Monitor access points and perform security-related access control functions including checking identification, managing visitor entry, and directing contractors and deliveries according to site requirements.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating to site contacts and/or emergency services when appropriate and documenting actions taken.

Complete detailed written reports, activity logs, and incident documentation, and communicate security-related information to supervisors and site stakeholders during shift briefings and post transitions.

Minimum Requirements:

CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred and may be completed post hire.

Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
