About the Role: 12 hr. night shift
As a CBRE HVAC Engineer, you will be responsible formaintaining mechanical and electrical equipment for complex commercial HVACsystems by conducting proactive performance testing and performing scheduledpreventive and corrective maintenance. This position operates on a 12-hourshift schedule, from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, and supports continuous facilityoperations. This team will operate on a 5-2-2-5 schedule.
This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Servicesjob function and is responsible for providing technical support, preventivemaintenance, and repair services for building equipment and systems in supportof client operations.
What You'll Do:
Install, repair, adjust, service and maintain electric or pneumatic control systems used for building heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems and equipment, including calibration of related instruments, gauges, and control components.
Inspect and conduct ongoing maintenance on building HVAC equipment to ensure proper operation of equipment and compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and work safety.
Troubleshoot equipment failures and identify the best course of action for equipment modifications.
Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.
Impact a range of customer, operational, project or service activities within own team and other related teams.
Work within broad guidelines and policies.
Explain difficult or sensitive information.
Support HVAC systems serving GMP, cleanroom, and controlled environments, including pressure cascades, temperature, humidity.
Perform and document work in accordance with GMP, SOPs, and site quality standards, including accurate and timely completion of maintenance records, logbooks, and work orders.
Support audits and inspections by regulatory agencies and internal quality groups by providing technical input, documentation, and system knowledge.
Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, and Operations teams to assess corrective actions related to HVAC systems.
Utilize Building Automation Systems (BAS/BMS) to monitor system performance, troubleshoot alarms, and optimize system operation.
Ensure proper operation and maintenance of HEPA filtration systems, air handling units, and exhaust systems supporting regulated spaces.
Follow established lockout/tagout, safety, and contamination control procedures while working in controlled areas.
Provides general facility support, serving as the primary on-site resource for the facilities team.
Performs other duties as assigned to support operational reliability, regulatory compliance, and client objectives.
What You'll Need:
High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.
Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs, and the ability to carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

What you'll need
10+ years in software/data engineering, with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Palantir Foundry.
Expertise in Ontology design, Pipeline Builder, AIP logic, and Foundry application development.
Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
Proven ability to integrate Foundry with enterprise systems and manage complex data flows.
Experience in UI/UX design within Foundry applications.
Prior experience in forward-deployed roles or customer-facing engineering area.

The salary range for the Property Administrator position is $31.25 - $33.65 per hour.
