Our client, an industrial organization, is seeking a Warehouse Laborer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and strong organizational skills which will align successfully in the organization.

You will also be moving mowers into trailers and working in tight spaces, so comfort with maneuvering equipment in confined areas is important.

Job Title:

Warehouse Labor

Location:

Shippensburg, PA

Pay Range:

$15 an hour, increase to $18 in 45 days and up to $22/hr once hired on!

Shift:

8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Monday-Thursday

Fridays 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

What's the Job?

Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against packing slips, and inspect for damage or discrepancies

Prepare and package outgoing shipments according to company standards and customer requirements

Maintain accurate records of all shipments and inventory transactions

Coordinate with carriers, freight companies, and internal teams to schedule pickups and deliveries

Label and store received materials in appropriate inventory locations

Move mowers into trailers and navigate tight spaces safely and efficiently

What's Needed?

1-3 years of experience in a shipping and receiving or warehouse role

Familiarity with inventory software, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite

Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to lift and stand for extended periods
