As a Screener at a fast-paced tech and media location, you will welcome employees and visitors, support access control and badge checks, and conduct routine screening while maintaining a highly visible presence. You will monitor assigned areas, document security-related activity, and communicate clearly with site teams to help identify and de-escalate issues. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to visitors, vendors, and personnel by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology location.

Screen people and property at designated entry points by verifying identification, confirming authorization, monitoring access control systems, and inspecting bags, packages, and deliveries per site requirements.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including initiating notifications, documenting actions taken, and coordinating with site contacts and/or first responders as directed.

Conduct routine observation of screening areas, lobbies, and nearby corridors to help to deter unauthorized access and/or policy violations, and report suspicious activity through the established chain of command.

Complete required documentation such as visitor logs, incident reports, and shift activity reports, and communicate relevant updates during shift turnovers.

Minimum Requirements:

CPR Certification is preferred.

Access Control/Badge Experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
