As a Security Officer - Warehouse in Shelby Township, MI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an Allied Universal Access Control Officer at a leading tech and telecom location, you will help manage entry points, verify credentials, greet employees and visitors, and monitor alarms and cameras for security-related concerns. You will conduct routine patrols, document activity, and communicate clearly with site teams to help reduce incidents. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients and visitors at a tech-focused location by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Control access to the facility by verifying identification, managing visitor check-in and/or check-out, issuing temporary credentials as directed, and helping to deter unauthorized entry.

Monitor alarms, cameras, and/or access control systems, document security-related activity, and report concerns to site leadership per post orders.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with internal teams and/or public responders as needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols of interior and exterior areas, including entrances, loading areas, and the perimeter, noting hazards, suspicious activity, and/or policy violations.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
