Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated 1st & 2nd Shift Mid Machine Operator to join their dynamic team. As a Mid Machine Operator, you will be an essential part of the production department, supporting operational excellence and ensuring high-quality output. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: 1st & 2nd Shift Mid Machine Operator

Location: Mequon, WI

Pay Range:

Shift: 6am - 2:30 pm OR 2:30 pm - 11 pm

What's the Job?

Operate and monitor machinery to ensure smooth production processes

Perform quality checks and inspections on finished products

Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Follow safety protocols and report any hazards or issues

Assist in troubleshooting equipment problems to minimize downtime

What's Needed?

No prior experience required; training will be provided

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness

Good communication and teamwork skills

Availability to work scheduled shifts on weekdays
