Project Manager / Scrum Master - Banking & Treasury

CTG is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead complex programs in Banking & Treasury. This role drives end-to-end project delivery, Agile execution, and cross-functional coordination, ensuring regulatory compliance and client satisfaction.

Location: Remote

Duration: 9 months

Key Responsibilities:

Lead projects and complex programs within Banking & Treasury domains.

Manage scope, timelines, budgets, RAID logs, and stakeholder communications.

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach teams, and manage product backlogs.

Coordinate Business, Treasury Ops, IT, Vendor, and Compliance teams.

Oversee contract costs, deliverables, and reporting using IPPF tools.

Apply strategic thinking and risk management to complex program delivery.

Required Skills:

Project & Delivery Leadership

Agile (Scrum) and hybrid methodologies

Regulatory, compliance, and risk management knowledge

Strong facilitation, coaching, and team leadership

Negotiation, business acumen, and executive presence

Experience:

Proven success delivering large, complex projects in banking or financial services.

Hands-on Scrum Master experience with cross-functional teams.

Expertise in project tracking, metrics, and IPPF tool usage.

Education:

Bachelor's in Business, Finance, IT, or related field; advanced degree preferred, equivalent experience

PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications highly desirable

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $50.00 to $55.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
