Job Title: Construction Administrator

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Construction Administrator to join our team at a key project location, the Lake Mariner Data Center in Somerset, NY.

The role involves providing essential administrative and logistical support, ensuring smooth daily operations and compliance.

Responsibilities

Provide essential administrative and logistical support.

Manage project documentation and correspondence.

Handle calls and maintain ongoing phone communication throughout the day.

Coordinate meetings and track daily time.

Prepare reports and process invoices/financials.

Maintain both digital and physical records.

Act as a crucial liaison for the Project Manager.

Essential Skills

At least 1 year of experience, preferably in the construction industry.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to prioritize and manage deadlines effectively.

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Experience in administrative support, document control, and project coordination.

Work Environment

The position is onsite at the Lake Mariner Data Center in Somerset, NY.

The role requires effective use of the phone, handling calls throughout the day, and working closely with diverse personalities and communication styles.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Barker, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
