As a Construction Management Professional, you'll join our collaborative team providing our clients with award-winning construction management project delivery. We're looking for a passionate Construction Professional in Northern CA who is driven by collaboration, exceeding expectations, and challenging the status quo.

By developing and delivering on project scopes, budgets, reports, contracts, and schedules, you'll help our teams achieve our client's objectives. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent related experience in lieu of formal education.

15+ years of experience in construction management on large and complex water infrastructure and conveyance projects Strong working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, construction management on large and complex water infrastructure projects including pipeline and utility construction, contract management, team building and client relationship building Experience in a wide range of project delivery methods including; Design-Bid-Build, CMGC, and Design-Build Demonstrated knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems and general building maintenance

Ideally You'll Have:

Current registration as a Professional Engineer in the State of California OR current certification as a PMP from the PMI. Current certification as a CCM from the CMAA Current certification as a DBIA professional from the DBIA Experience in water conveyance projects
