Warehouse Distribution Associate

Pay: $18.50 per hour

Shift: 2nd Shift

2:00 PM until work is completed (could come in as early as 12 noon)

6:00 PM until work is completed (could come in as early as 4PM )

Kelly is hiring Warehouse Distribution Associates for a fast-paced distribution center environment in Greensburg PA. This is a great opportunity to grow in warehouse operations. No equipment experience required - training provided for motivated candidates.

What You'll Do

Accurately pick and pack customer orders

Use RF/Voice Pick technology to complete tasks

Unload and process inbound shipments

Replenish inventory in designated pick locations

Build and wrap pallets for shipping

Support sortation and loading functions

Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment

Dependable with reliable attendance

Willingness to learn equipment operation for future growth opportunities

Physical Requirements

Lift up to 50 lbs

Stand and walk for extended periods on concrete floors

Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed

Must pass background check and drug screen
